Licensed Clinical Social Worker · Est. 2003
Space to breathe.
Room to change.
A quiet, considered psychotherapy practice — grounded in twenty-one years of clinical work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, and the hard edges of an ordinary life.
About
A practice built on listening — not on a script.
For more than two decades I've worked alongside adults who came in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly grieving a version of life they thought they'd have. Therapy here is unhurried and collaborative — we work at your pace, in a room that feels like somewhere you can actually exhale.
I hold a Master of Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in good standing. The practice accepts Medicare and works with adults across the lifespan, including sessions available by secure telehealth.
How it works
A simple, unhurried beginning.
You reach out
A short message or a phone call. No forms to wrestle with — a person will get back to you within one business day.
A brief consultation
A free 15-minute call to make sure the fit feels right and to answer questions about scheduling, cost, and process.
The work begins
Weekly 50-minute sessions, in-person or by secure video. We set the pace together and revisit it as you change.

A note from the practice
"The work I do isn't about fixing you. It's about giving what's already true in your life a little more room — so you can hear yourself think again."
